Roxy's Coffee and Teahouse in Oban was born out of a dream. Donna MacCulloch's dream. With a lot of hard work, love, and occasionally tears, Donna, her husband Archie and their team of Roxy's Girls have created not just fantastic baking that people return to again and again to enjoy, but also many wonderful memories and friendships. Roxy's Cake & Bake is more than just a book of delicious recipes, it is a collection of stories and photographs of the people (and dogs!) who have made Roxy's the popular cafe it is today. The book is also illustrated with images of some of the most beautiful images of Scotland. |
